- Q. 注文からどのくらいかかりますか
- A. 国内は5日以内に出荷予定です。額装を希望する場合、7日以内に発送させていただきます。海外発送は10日とさせていただきます。
- Q. How long does it take from ordering?
- A. Domestic will be shipped within 5 days. If framing is requested, the picture will be shipped within 7 days. International shipments will be shipped within 10 days.
- Q. 欲しい商品がない場合、入荷されますか
- A. お問い合わせフォームから問い合わせてください。特注の場合も同じです。
- Q. If you don't have the product I want, can you get it back in stock?

- Q. キャンセル・返品ついて
- A. 原則キャンセル・返品はできません。破損など商品に不備がある場合、７日以内にお問い合わせフォームから連絡をください。

- A.発送はEMSか小型小包での発送になります。小さなものは国際郵便にて発送いたします。国よっては受け取りいただく際、関税がかかる場合がございます。あらかじめご自分の国の税をご確認ください。
